Automatic Test Eqipment (ATE)
PC-based (Windows) applications for the test, the calibration and the configuration of electronic devices.
The ATE interfaces with a device (e.g. via serial line) and manages all the instruments (e.g. digital multimeters, power supplies, etc.) in order to provide automatic test and configuration of the device itself. At the end, a test report is also produced to be attached to the device.
